The Council currently spends circa £50k per annum on the Service across approximately 150 non-school sites. The duration of the Contract shall be for a period of 3 years commencing 2nd January 2018 until 31st December 2021, subject to satisfactory performance. Further information about this requirement is included in the Council's quotation documents available via the Council's e-tendering system 'in-tend' [in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc](https://in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc). Registration and use of in-tend is free. If you are already a registered user, you do not have to re-register. The procurement process will be managed using this system and therefore all quotations must be submitted by Tenderers via the 'in-tend' system. Quotations submitted outside of this system will not be permitted. All correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function and you should not contact any individual directly either by email or by telephone If you are unable to register with in-tend or are experiencing difficulties please either email the CPS helpdesk at or call 0121 464 8000.
