This aims to improve outcomes in language, literacy and numeracy for the most disadvantaged children, with an emphasis on improving school readiness. The proposed contract period is from May 2019 to July 2021. A Third Party Evaluator will be appointed to undertake a robust assessment of the impact of the Programme.
