Interested Providers are asked to carefully read the MOI and draft service specification and offer their feedback by completing the attached Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ) The CCGs are finalising their commissioning approach and the current intention is that a contract will be awarded for a period of three years, commencing on1 October 2019 with the option of one extension for a period of up to two years. The total annual contract value based on the proposed level of activity is approximately £2,900,000 (Financial years 2019/2020 & 2024 are part year values).
