SW9 manage approx 1500 properties on the estate on behalf of the landlord and their parent company Network Homes. The contract will initially be for 3 years commencing in January 2019 with the option to extend by 2 years, then a further 2 years. As such the maximum contract length will be for 7 years. The estimated contract value will be GBP 370,000.00 - 430,000.00 per annum.
