Main users of the licences include contact centres, private sector housing, waste services and revenues teams. The Council is seeking the provision of a new Microsoft Dynamics Licence Agreement for a period of three years from 1st March 2018 to 28th February 2021 using the Cloud Transformation Agreement (CTA) between Microsoft and the Government Procurement Service. The Council will enter into a Server Cloud Enrolment agreement (SCE), including Software Assurance. The price will be fixed for three years, allowing the Council to increase or decrease the usage as appropriate on the anniversary.
