CGT wished to add to the scope of the original OJEU notice the option of appointing via the successful Main contractor for Phase 2 works further spot awards (at CGT sole and absolute discretion) for the future phase 3 works subject to satisfactory completion of Phase 2 scope delivery. The Original Phase 2 Value was for a range of 12 000 000 - 14 000 000 GBP. For Phase 3 works any appointed value is not expected to exceed up to a further 20 000 000 GBP.
