## About this tender

Multi-disciplinary services to the Bloomsbury Heat & Power Consortium II Project. The Project involves a major upgrade and extension of the district heating and private wire HV network serving the University of London Bloomsbury Campus.

The primary aim of the work is to upgrade, enhance and extend the existing district heating system so that it delivers heat and power to the Consortium's buildings which is amongst other things:

• reliable and secure 


• cost effective/value for money 


• deliverable 


• low carbon/no carbon 


• futureproofed and flexible 


• energy efficient 


• has minimal impact on the environment
