The service will be structured around the PACT model, with an equal focus on Prevention, Access and Collaboration as well as a high performing Treatment service. Lot 2: Wiltshire Council (only) is undertaking a procurement process for Housing Support Services for those requiring accommodation after they have successfully completed treatment. We are seeking provider(s) that recognise that this housing should be a short term stepping stone. The procurement for Lots 1 and 2 is being undertaken in accordance with the light-touch regime (LTR) rules (PCR 2015 74-77).
