The contract will be for servicing, inspection, reactive and programmed repairs and maintenance works for all housing high rise and hydraulic lifts in sheltered accommodation and potentially any other lifts within the borough's assets, or assets of borough partners. The appointed contractor will provide Inspection, Comprehensive Maintenance and Testing of Lifts at Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council maintained Sites.
