The project at these sites is to deliver a series of multi-story blocks of one, two and three bedroom apartments (estimated at 120no. total); a 20-room family hostel with associated communal facilities; parking and external works. The estimated build value is £15M. The successful supplier will be expected to commence the services in May 2018.
