"The Gap" The regeneration of this site forms an integral part of the Wisbech High Street Townscape Heritage project which is part funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF). The scheme design comprises the construction of a steel structure housing a flexible space at street level for Wisbech Town to host a range of events and activities. A spiral staircase will lead up to a viewing platform above the roof level of adjacent properties and will provide panoramic views of the historic town of Wisbech and the vast expanse of the fens beyond.
