Enfield Council has requirements for 14 RCV's in FY 17/18, followed by the balance of 22 RCVs in F/Y 18/19. It is our intention to include the requirements for both financial years in this procurement exercise with the view to achieve further savings. We expect prices from tenderers to be fixed at the current market prices, as this approach will provide us with the opportunity to buy vehicles with prices locked at the current prices before new higher prices comes into force in January 2018.
