The CCG would welcome interested providers responding having read the Memorandum of Information and draft service specification. The contract is anticipated to run from 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2022 with the option of 1 extension of up to 1 year. The annual value of the proposed level of activity per provider is up to £239,763 The CCG will consider expressions of interest from any provider capable of delivering all the requirement.
