They are currently using the AQUA MIS system which will cease to exist in March 2019. This tender is for a replacement system which will need go live in August 2018 at the beginning of their next contract year. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit [in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc](https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc) to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
