The work packages include; site accommodation, substructure, superstructure, envelope, roof, MEP, fit out, Carpenter's Lane bridge, and public realm and retail works. The services will include the adoption, operation and maintenance and removal of the site set up which has been installed by the Employer's Enabling Works and Substructure Contractors.
