The specification will describe the Commissioners' requirement for the provision of services from 1st April 2019 - 31st March 2022) (the Contract "Term") from the existing Urgent Care Centre premises at the Willowbrook site, Cottingham Road, Corby, NN17 2UR. The Urgent Care Service comprises the timely treatment of illness or injury in a primary care setting on an un-scheduled basis. The services will assess patients working in partnership with the wider care system across ambulance, primary, community, secondary, mental health, social care and the voluntary sector. The provider(s) will be required to deliver the service in a highly integrated and cohesive service model, thus reducing unnecessary hospital attendance or admissions and enabling optimal patient outcomes.
