We are seeking expressions of interest from potential providers prior to potentially entering into formal procurement arrangements. The information set out is indicative of our current overall plans for the service but is subject to change at any time up to the point that the tender is let. Please note that Expressions of Interest (EOI) must be completed online, via ProContract at [procontract.due-north.com/Login](https://procontract.due-north.com/Login) by 12:00noon Thursday 19th July 2018. Please note that NCC reserves the right to only invite those that have submitted an EOI to any further Tender stage(s).
