This will sit alongside a 360 degree tool that has already been developed and used to assess staff at the Senior Management and Executive levels. There are approximately 80 staff at this level, and participation in the assessment will be voluntary. . These assessments will form part of a leadership and management development programme being designed in house covering areas such as: - Personal Impact - Strategic Thinking - Management Skills - Leadership Skills - Change Management etc. .
