There is also a common perception that local decision makers in areas of high housing need may not be granting the permissions needed to deliver the homes we need. However, there is surprisingly little research into support for local development and its effect on decision making. We aim to conduct research in order to identify: a) if decisions are impacted by support or opposition; b) if so, to understand the reasons behind this; and c) to help identify ways to encourage greater support for local housing development in areas of high housing need. Additional information: UPDATE (24.04.18): The deadline for responses is now 17:00 hours on Thursday 26 April 2018. ## CPV classification Research services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/75ea7b3f-f8c3-41b6-a35c-36feffd7b0ff) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
