Barnsley Winter Festival is an exciting new initiative for 2018 and aims to introduce a spectacular event experience to Barnsley, signify a new direction in provision and become an anchor in the annual programme for years to come. Building on an established and hugely popular annual Christmas Lights Switch On, this new event will extend to 4 days with supporting elements such as a Christmas Market and fireworks to generate an expanded cultural offer.
