The contract will be divided into two lots as follows: • Lot 1 - Washington, the Coalfields and Sunderland North - 149 sites • Lot 2 - Sunderland South, West and East - 128 sites For the avoidance of doubt, the intention is to award each Lot to a separate contractor.
