The key objectives are: Following initial desktop review of existing asset list, identify all of the fixed mechanical and electrical plant and estates related equipment assets as per the requirements set out in Appendix 2. Establish asset condition and anticipated lifecycle in order to attain effective asset history to provide the appropriate maintenance.
