All National Collaborative Outreach Consortia are required to conduct local, consortia-led evaluations of their programme delivery (in line with HEFCE guidance). During phase 1 of the Aspire to HE/ NCOP project, the University of Wolverhampton's own College of Learning and Teaching were contracted to deliver this evaluation.
