This large-scale random probability survey is conducted annually covering 3 customer groups: Individuals, Small Businesses and Agents. The survey measures customer experience of dealing with HMRC as well as perceptions of HMRC's reputation and attitudes about compliance with the tax system. The survey has been conducted as a telephone survey but we are keen to explore alternative methodologies in particular online survey methods that retain a random probability approach.
