The service shall provide qualified nursing support, on an outreach basis within community locations suitable for the local homeless population. The service will need to provide a range of interventions that span physical and mental health and will require highly skilled and experienced staff. The service will need to work closely with local partner organisations to ensure a coordinated multi-agency response for this complex patient group. Commissioners have set a fixed value for this contract of £47,000 per annum. Therefore the fixed value for the two year life of the contract will be £94,000. This will not be advertised in OJEU as the value is below the required threshold. Light Touch Regime' services: This procurement is for clinical services which are Light Touch Regime services for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as specified in Schedule 3 of the Regulations('Regulations').
