If local groups own or manage community buildings and facilities it can help foster a sense of belonging and bring together people from different backgrounds. Community ownership of buildings can also play a part in raising local aspirations, in enhancing the local environment and in alleviating poverty. The Council is seeking an organisation that can manage and develop the facility known as Roman Road MUGA (Multi Use Games Area) located in Blackburn. ## CPV classification Sports facilities operation services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/6cef1518-b4ee-434b-b162-12019a2e8fbf) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
