As a result, the closing date for Lot 4 has been changed from 23 February to 16 March. What Church of England Central Services are looking for are suppliers able to work with parish churches, and engage with communities and with local businesses, to make the internet available in areas which need it, but don't have it. A lot of excellent companies have already expressed an interest.
