We have three specific objectives and the tender relates to the third: - To provide legal assistance and support to criminal defence/human rights lawyers representing those facing capital charges or sentenced to death; - To inform, equip and train legal and medical professionals involved in capital cases; and - To mobilise a campaign informed by empirical research.
