The work space covers 1300m2 on the first and second floors of an existing office building in West Ealing, with creative studios on the second floor and shared working space and offices on the first floor. The branding and spatial design are already established and construction is scheduled to start in Autumn 2018, with the planned opening in the first quarter of 2019. The project is the culmination of several years of community consultation and various engagement exercises and there is enthusiasm for the project in the local community.
