The works will consist of programmed external redecoration to houses, low rise flats and garages to include elements such as rendered wall areas, doors, gates, canopies, fascias, fencing and other external elements. Internal redecoration of communal areas to low-rise, medium-rise and high-rise blocks will also form part of the planned painting programme.
