The system offered must be proven and include upgrades and maintenance for the duration of the agreement. The award of this contract will be subject to the award of grant funding from DfE&S to the Council. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
