This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central & West Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of the Commissioners. The Contract start date is 1st February 2019 until 31st March 2022 (3 years and 2 months) with an optional 1 year extension period. The services include essential and additional primary care medical services, out-of-hours period. The registered population is currently 2,380 patients. This opportunity as a call for competition is initially published as a notice for expressions of interest. The commissioner may then choose to proceed to publish tender documents to parties who have responded to the notice and there shall be no further notice published.
