The equipment to be procured will form a facility to measure devices, antennas, circuits and materials in the frequency range up to 110 GHz. It is important that equipment will measure on-wafer antennas and devices before and after bonding/packaging. It is important that all the equipment is compatible with each other (see dependencies within the ITT) The three items of equipment to be purchased under separate tenders are: - Antenna Measurement System NSI-700S-360 system (already sourced); - Vector network analyser; - Probe station.
