[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OPPORTUNITY TREASURY MANAGEMENT ADVICE SERVICE The London Borough of Sutton (The Council), a shared service with The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is seeking quotations from suitably qualified organisations to provide a treasury management advice service in accordance with professional guidelines and standards and recognised best working practices. The supplier will need to have a good relationship with other councils, CIPFA, MHCLG, HM Treasury and approved ratings agencies. The contract will initially be for a period of three years commencing on 1 April 2018 with the option to extend the contract for a further two years, in twelve monthly intervals, at the sole discretion of the Council. The Council is tendering this quotation through the London Tenders e-tendering portal, our preferred method of advertising and managing contract opportunities. Prospective tenderers are advised to register their interest by going to [londontenders.org](https://www.londontenders.org/procontract/supplier.nsf). The Council currently contracts with a diverse group of voluntary, statutory and private sector providers and encourages a range of organisations, regardless of size, to apply for the provision of this service. The award of the contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous quotation submitted.
