The Master Trust Programme is therefore a regulatory initiative that is mandated by law. TPR must deliver the required target operating model for pre-authorisation activity in March 2018. Having sufficient and appropriate process and systems expertise (with a practitioner's insight) is critical to resolving these challenges.
