To ensure the property portfolio remains in good condition it is necessary to undertake the necessary repairs and maintenance as appropriate. The council has a requirement for a supplier to carry out the installation of additional (top up) or renewed insulation to lofts and cavities across our property portfolio where necessary. This installation works are designed to reduce tenant fuel bills, prevent mould growth and condensation, reduce the carbon footprint of the properties in general and also to increase property standard assessment procedure (SAP) scores.
