The contracting authority and the contractor are amending the contract's benchmarking/market testing requirements in relation to the costing of soft facilities management services, to postpone the date of the required benchmarking/market testing requirements by an additional 10years. In return, the contracting authority will receive monies commensurate with the cost of completing such benchmarking and market testing exercise.
