These are largely in our network drives. The solution should provide an audit trail, but ultimately is intended to improve our compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). This is intended to help with aged files and retention periods, but also with meeting Data Subject Rights, e.g. Right to Access (or Subject Access Requests).
