This work is to four (4) three storey flat blocks and one (1) block of three storey flats and maisonettes in the same area. This contract is for the removal and replacement of tile roofs, the removal of chimney stacks, the removal and replacement of PVCu fascias and soffits. The removal of PVCu rainwater goods and installing a seamless zinc rainwater goods system. The re-pointing, cleaning and making good of brickwork in isolated areas.
