The preparation of the required evidence and documents should be in line with Sport England best practice and the National Planning Policy Framework and associated guidance. The work is required to be undertaken in two phases 1 is to be completed by March 2017, phase 2 will be subject to funding approval in the 17/18 financial year. This exercise is being managed through the Council's E-tendering system via the West Midlands Improvement and efficiency Procurement portal.
