We require an experienced printer to produce approximately 1,013,000 booklets, covering letters and mailing envelops in accordance with the timetable detailed in the ITT and the conditions of contract and deliver to Royal Mail as instructed by CARO. The booklets must be delivered in accordance with the timescales as prescribed by legislation. Failure to do so is likely to invalidate the election. Accordingly, bidders are requested to note that completion deadlines for printing are absolutely crucial to the performance of this contract and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
