The Council will also install new bins where an identified need exists. Tenderers should note that this contract is SUPPLY only and should price accordingly. There will be no requirement for suppliers to price for installation. Galvanised steel is now the preferred option for standardised on street litter bins across Wirral. Wirral Council will standardise with 120 -140 litre mild steel, free standing litter bins which have a common design and specification throughout the industry.
