There are also approximately 595 light fitting across 90 properties within this programmed which require installation of a new light fitting. Cobalt also require pricing off an additional 339 properties (Flats) for battery operated smoke, heat, carbon monoxide detectors and control units. The value submitted will not be included in the submitted tender price but may be included as part of the contract with the successful contractor. The anticipated contract value is between ?135,000.00 and ?160,000.00 The anticipated start date is October 2018 and practical completion April 2019.
