[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender You are invited to submit a tender for the development of remediation options to a point where they are ready to be delivered on site in the region of the River Wear, through the following keys tasks: • Confirm land ownership details and gain agreement to the works • Understand and progress planning requirements of the works • Working alongside Coal Authority Engineers to develop the technical engineering details where required • Confirm and obtain necessary planning, watercourse, historic and environmental consents including any required surveys and investigative works • Manage the tender process to procure suitable contractors to deliver the works The invitation to tender comprises the following documentation against which you are invited to tender:- - Instructions to Tender - Project Scope - Tender Response Form - Various Attachments Please be aware that this tender exercise will be undertaken via the Coal Authority's eTender portal hosted by Bravosolution where all these documents can be found.
