Contractors should note that this scheme is part of a wider plan to move the existing shower area out of the middle of the building and to the far east side and that proposed solutions must be capable of powering the existing shower units as well as heating, and capable of being switched over to the new shower areas once that scheme goes ahead. Although the two schemes are interlinked, they are not dependent on each other.
