It is anticipated that 6 to 8 pilots per year will undertake this course from April 2019 and to be completed by 31st December 2022. The training course will be split into two elements, consisting of the following: - Lot 1 A full IR course (50hours) - maximum of 3 courses Qualified Military Pilot, Procedural IR holders course requiring training "training as required" - max 3 courses Qualified Military Pilot Non Procedural IR holders requiring a 15 hour course - maximum of 36 courses. Each course should use the 135 helicopter (provided by the course supplier) with unlimited simulator time, ground school as required and IR skill test.
