The tender is being run for two entities to be contracted separately, bundled by a framework agreement so that volumes traded together. It is envisaged that this will comprise a 24-month contract with an option to extend by 6 months maximum of four times - this option will be at the sole discretion of Wye Valley NHS Trust and Sodexo Limited.
