In particular, commissioners are seeking to gain an understanding of how the market would envisage delivering the service, with particular reference to the scale of the service offering and whether providers would see it as advantageous for this service to be split into geographical lots or if they would envisage an at-scale offering across Birmingham and Solihull to be advantageous.
