The Councils are seeking occupational health contractual provision via a framework agreement over a period of 4 years. Once the framework has been established, the Authorities will as and when required call off the framework by following the ordering procedure set out in the framework agreement. Each call off will be subject to the call off terms and conditions attached to the framework agreement as Schedule 5.
