The works, which have been granted planning permission by Wiltshire Council, consist of the replacement of an existing, single storey flat roof extension at the rear of the Downton Memorial Hall by a two storey extension which will provide new premises for the Downton Community Pre-School and two Community Meeting Rooms on the first floor. The total footprint is 387 square metres. Arrangements for visiting the site can be made with the Clerk. Please note the following requirements of tendering contractors: • The contractor must be able to demonstrate successful completion of three previous projects of a similar nature.
